MEETING VILLAGE
BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF CALL TO
ORDER: The Special Meeting
of the Village Board of the Village of Lake Villa was called to order at SALUTE THE FLAG: The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Loffredo. ROLL CALL: Roll call indicated the following present: Mayor Loffredo; Attorney Bateman; Trustees Effinger, Hall, Harms, and McDonald. Trustees Dykstra, Trkla, and Clerk Brownlee were absent. With a quorum present the meeting was called to order. Clerk Pro-tem It was moved by Tr. McDonald and seconded by Tr. Effinger to appoint Lori Heitman as Clerk Pro-tem. ROLL
CALL VOTE WAS: AYES: 4 MOTION CARRIED It
was moved by Tr. Harms and seconded by Tr. Effinger to direct Attorney Bateman
to communicate with Amcore Bank Counsel that the Village would accept a further
extension of the expiration date of the letter
of credit for Lake Vista Subdivision to ROLL
CALL VOTE WAS: AYES: 4 MOTION CARRIED ADJOURNMENT: It was moved by Tr. McDonald and seconded by
Tr. Harms to adjourn the special meeting of the Village Board at ROLL
