PUBLIC HEARING

VILLAGE BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKE VILLA

DECEMBER 10, 2008

 

CALL TO ORDER:  The public hearing of the Village Board of the Village of Lake Villa was called to order at 8:00 p.m. on December 10, 2008.

 

ROLL CALL:            Roll call indicated the following present: Mayor Loffredo; Clerk Brownlee; Attorney Bateman; Treasurer Heitman; Trustees Dykstra,  Effinger, Hall, Harms and McDonald.  Trustee Trkla was absent. With a quorum present, the meeting was called to order.

 

CONDITIONAL USE

PERMIT:                   DTP Warehouse Properties, LLC

 

                                    It was approved and passed unanimously.

 

ADJOURNMENT:   It was moved by Tr. Hall and seconded by Tr. Effinger to adjourn the public hearing at 8:05 p.m.

                                    ROLL CALL VOTE WAS:   AYES: 5          MOTION CARRIED
