Part-time Seasonal Help

The Village of Lake Villa is seeking candidates for part time seasonal help (maximum of 500 hours) in the parks department. Responsibilities include maintenance of all parks and all other duties as assigned. Must be able to run mowers and weed eaters. Must be a least 16 years old and have a valid driver's license. Must be able to lift at least 80 lbs. Will be required to work weekends. Will work 40 hours per week. Some overtime may be required at the request of Supervisor. Will act and dress in an appropriate manner.

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a physical and alcohol/drug screening.

Part-Time Help

The Village of Lake Villa is seeking candidates for part time help (maximum of 1000 hours) in the street department. Responsibilities include maintenance of streets and sidewalks, vacuum leaves, chip branches, assist with special events and emergencies, general maintenance of garages and clean vehicles. Must be able to lift at least 80 lbs. Must be available for weekends. High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license are required. An Illinois CDL B driver's license is preferred.

Salary range of $11.00 - $12.00/hour. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a physical and alcohol/drug screening.
