The Village of Lake Villa (“Village”) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and/or consulting firms (hereafter referred to as "Firm(s)") to provide economic development related services including, but not limited to, retail market gap analysis and development of recruitment strategy to attract, recruit, and retail regional and local businesses which match the local market needs of Lake Villa.
The Village will be accepting proposals until 2:00pm CST on Thursday, July 25, 2024 in accordance to the terms and conditions set forth in the RFP document listed below.
