From time to time, the snow plows may damage turf in the right of ways. With varying temperatures in the winter months there may be some ground frost. This makes the right of ways more susceptible to damage. If this happens in your neighborhood, please call the Village Hall. The Village will return in the spring to repair the damaged area that you have reported.
In addition, during the Village’s snow and ice removal operations, mailboxes, may be damaged from a direct hit from a snow plow. The Village has a mailbox replacement policy for mailboxes that are damaged as a result of snow and ice removal operations. It is a $50 max replacement cost.
