The Village of Lake Villa is pleased to announce the launch of the Connect-CTY service, our new village-to-resident notification system. With this service, village leaders can send personalized voice messages to residents and businesses within minutes with specific information about time-sensitive or common-interest issues such as emergencies and local community matters. The Connect-CTY service will be used to supplement our current communication plans and augment public safety/first responder services.

Snow Removal Reminder: We would like to remind residents that parking is not permitted on the street when there has been an accumulation of snow in excess of two inches (2") until the Village has completed snow removal operations. In addition, it is illegal to shovel, snow plow, or plow snow into the street. When snow is placed into the street, especially after the snow plows have cleared the street, it can create a hazardous condition. Your assistance with the snow removal process is greatly appreciated.
