Zoning Board of Appeals

The Zoning Board of Appeals ("ZBA") is an advisory board of which members are appointed by the Mayor with Village Board of Trustees approval. The ZBA makes determinations and recommendations to the Village Board concerning Zoning Ordinance amendments, Zoning variations, Special Use Permits, and Property rezoning.
